You may return Ready-to-Ship items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• In their original condition.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Made-to-Order Items

Items marked Made to Order are produced specifically for your order.

As these products are made according to customer demand, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue when contacting us.

We reserve the right to assess all claims before approving a replacement or refund.
